These Round Robin samples and one-shot samples were recorded/performed using Pearl's Crystal Beat Rocket Toms. Rocket toms produce a striking staccato tone that is both melodic and piercing. The acrylic shells deliver a particularly warm sound. Four different 6" Toms were recorded with varying lengths in the shells to expand the sonic palette of any drum kit.

One shot .wav files can be easily uploaded into most drum modules to create spectacular custom sounds for studio and live applications. Whether you want to use these sounds in music production or add these to your creative library as a musician, these sounds take your sonic capabilities to a new level.

Note: The round-robin samples come with 6 strikes for every tom. They are all the same volume and have added reverb. I utilize the velocity of my playing with a drum module to determine the volume of each strike. My main goal was to eliminate the machine gun sound by using varying tones. The one-shot samples contain versions with and without reverb. This pack comes with 32 samples in total, 8 one-shot samples, and 32 round-robin samples.
